Uygulamada hesabınızı silin
- PacePick hesabınıza giriş yapın ve Hesap sekmesini açın.
- “Hesabımı sil” seçeneğine dokunun, açıklamayı okuyun ve “Hesabı kalıcı olarak sil” ile onaylayın.
- “Hesabın silindi” mesajından sonra çıkışı tamamlamak için uygulamayı yeniden başlatın. Hata gösterilirse işlemin tamamlandığını varsaymayın; destekle iletişim kurun.
Bu işlem PacePick hesabınızı, hesabınıza bağlı bulut tercihlerini ve geçmişini, ayrıca ilk ücretsiz öneri hakkı ve sonucunun kaydını siler. Başarılı silmeden sonra bu cihazdaki ilgili hesap önbelleği de temizlenir. Diğer cihazlarda önceden saklanmış çevrimdışı kopyalar ve hesap dışındaki eski yerel tercihler ayrı kalabilir; bunların tamamının anında silindiği anlamına gelmez. Hesap silme geri alınamaz. PacePick’i kullanmak için giriş gerekir.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
Hesabınızın e-posta adresinden pacepick@kolcu.ai adresine “PacePick hesap silme” başlığıyla talep gönderin. Yanlış hesabın silinmesini önlemek için sahiplik doğrulaması istenebilir. Parola veya doğrulama kodu göndermeyin.
Ayrı kalan veriler ve abonelikler
Hesap silme Apple/Google mağaza aboneliğini veya Netflix gibi servis hesaplarını iptal etmez. Bunları ilgili mağaza veya serviste yönetin. Katalog güvenlik/kota kayıtları, sağlayıcı logları, yedekler ve mağaza işlem kayıtları ayrı saklama kurallarına tabidir; bu işlem hepsinin anında silindiği anlamına gelmez. Hesap silme / Account deletion
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to PacePick and open the Account tab.
- Tap “Delete my account”, read the explanation and confirm with “Permanently delete account”.
- After “Account deleted” appears, restart PacePick to finish signing out. If an error appears, do not assume the process completed; contact support.
This deletes your PacePick account, its linked cloud preferences and history, and the record of your first free recommendation allowance and result. After successful deletion, the related account cache on this device is also cleared. Previously stored offline copies on other devices and older local preferences outside the account may remain separately; this does not mean all such copies are erased immediately. Account deletion cannot be undone. Sign-in is required to use PacePick.
If you cannot access the app
Email pacepick@kolcu.ai from your account email address with the subject “PacePick account deletion”. Ownership verification may be needed to avoid deleting the wrong account. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Separate records and subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel Apple/Google subscriptions or streaming accounts such as Netflix. Manage them with the relevant store or service. Catalog security/quota records, provider logs, backups and store transaction records follow separate retention rules; deletion does not imply immediate erasure of every such record.
